Hi, I’m Allie White – a professional Voice Actor based in Columbus, Ohio! Commercials, e-learning content, audiobooks, character work, podcasting and more are ways I put my voice to work for my clients. I have a passion for bringing projects to life and infusing creativity into how we share meaning through messages.
Growing up, I loved to perform and entertain. Creating characters, impersonations and storytelling have been foundational to who I am. Since graduating with a degree in Public Affairs from The Ohio State University, my path has involved a wide range of experiences. I’ve worked for nonprofits, tech startups and large corporations. Building culture and growing teams, attracting talent and creating the groundwork for ongoing branding and recruitment are some of the roles I’ve played. All have laid the foundation for my ability to get results, meet deadlines and convey messaging to a diverse range of audiences.
How I Can Help
On the side, I keep seeking to broaden my experiences to better understand the ways we communicate to better serve my clients. Farming in Italy, cleaning up the ocean floor on a marine conservation project, helping under-resourced girls to gain self-confidence through sports, and running programming at summer mentoring camps have all opened my eyes to the unique ways we all communicate and expanded the range of my storytelling ability.
Creativity, collaboration and adaptability. What we say and don’t say, the tone we use to convey the content of our words all powerfully shape how we communicate and what message people hear. That’s why understanding your audience and what you truly want them to receive is paramount to my job in giving voice to your projects. I work closely and carefully with you to get your message just right and bring your words to life!
